Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with AirportShtl.

They explain how our shared airport shuttle service operates, including booking rules, cancellations, luggage, liability and passenger responsibilities.

  • AirportShtl operates shared airport shuttle transfers between Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport and selected locations across Mauritius.

    Our service operates daily between 07:00 and 23:00.

    AirportShtl provides shared shuttle transfers only. Pickup and drop-off are available exclusively at designated stops. Private transfers are not included unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

  • All bookings must be made online through www.airportshtl.com

    Bookings are confirmed upon payment and are subject to availability.

    Customers may book up to 15 minutes before departure, provided seats remain available.

    A confirmation email will be issued after booking and serves as your digital ticket.

  • AirportShtl reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any booking where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods

    • false or misleading passenger or travel information

    • resale or unauthorised commercial use of bookings

    • abuse of promotional offers or pricing errors

    Where such activity is identified, AirportShtl may cancel the booking without notice and without refund, and may take further action where appropriate.

  • Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure.

    Passengers must be ready to board on time and present proof of booking if requested.

    If a passenger arrives late or misses the shuttle, AirportShtl may, at its discretion, offer a seat on the next available shuttle. This is strictly subject to availability and does not entitle the passenger to a refund.

  • AirportShtl does not automatically track flights.

    Passengers are responsible for entering correct travel details and updating their booking where necessary.

    If a flight change or delay occurs within 24 hours before arrival, passengers should contact:

    Any rebooking remains subject to availability. AirportShtl does not guarantee alternative transport arrangements.

  • Each passenger may travel with one standard suitcase included in the fare.

    Passengers may add one extra luggage item for an additional fee of €5.00, provided this is added online during the booking process.

    Oversized items, including but not limited to surfboards, golf bags, and bulky equipment, are not accepted.

    AirportShtl reserves the right to refuse excess, oversized, or undeclared luggage.

  • AirportShtl’s shared shuttle service is not suitable for passengers with reduced mobility.

    The service does not accept:

    • wheelchairs, including foldable wheelchairs

    • mobility scooters

    Passengers must be at least 15 years old to travel independently.

  • Each passenger may travel with one standard suitcase included in the fare.

    Passengers may add one extra luggage item for an additional fee of €5.00, provided this is added online during the booking process.

  • AirportShtl operates only between designated pickup and drop-off points.

    Door-to-door transport is not guaranteed. Any special request should be sent to:
    customersupport@airportshtl.com

    If a passenger is not present at the pickup point at the required time, this will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be due.

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€).

    Fares are fixed per route and must be paid online at the time of booking using the available secure payment gateway, including Stripe.

    A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.

  • ll bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. By completing a booking, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation and no-show policy.

    Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with their card issuer for services delivered in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a chargeback, AirportShtl reserves the right to provide evidence of the booking, acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, and service delivery details to the payment provider.

    Where a chargeback is raised for a validly delivered or non-refundable service, AirportShtl reserves the right to recover any associated costs, fees, or administrative charges incurred.

  • Passengers may cancel or modify their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before departure.

    Any permitted change or cancellation must be made online through the booking system.

    Within 24 hours of departure, bookings become non-refundable and non-changeable.

    No refund is provided in the event of:

    • no-show

    • late arrival

    • missed shuttle

    Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • All pickup and arrival times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

    AirportShtl operates shared shuttle services which may involve multiple stops, route adjustments, and operational constraints. As a result, minor delays may occur.

    AirportShtl shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, roadworks, police controls, or any circumstances beyond its control.

    Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for airport check-in, security procedures, and onward travel connections.

  • AirportShtl reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify a service due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

    These may include:

    • cyclones or severe weather

    • road closures

    • traffic congestion

    • police or government restrictions

    • strikes

    • operational disruptions

    • any other event outside our control

    Where AirportShtl cancels a service due to such circumstances, a full refund of the affected booking will be issued. No further compensation will be payable.

    AirportShtl is not liable for delays caused by external circumstances.

  • AirportShtl’s total liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased.

    AirportShtl shall not be liable for:

    • missed flights

    • delays beyond its control

    • loss or damage to luggage

    • loss of personal belongings

    • indirect or consequential loss

    Passengers are strongly advised to hold appropriate travel insurance.

  • AirportShtl Ltd may use affiliated companies, partners, or subcontractors to deliver transportation services in Mauritius.

    All services are operated locally in Mauritius by authorised service providers, including SRMB International Ltd. By booking with AirportShtl, you acknowledge and accept that the transportation service is performed by such local operators.

  • AirportShtl reserves the right to:

    • change vehicle type

    • combine passengers and routes

    • use subcontractors or third-party operators

    These operational adjustments may be made without prior notice where necessary for service delivery.

  • All tickets are issued electronically.

    Passengers are not required to print their ticket, but must be able to present their booking confirmation by mobile device or email if requested.

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, where the services are performed.

    AirportShtl Ltd acts as the booking and contracting entity. The transportation services are operated in Mauritius by affiliated or contracted service providers, including SRMB International Ltd.

    Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

  • By making a booking with AirportShtl, the passenger confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
