Booking is easy! Simply select your travel date, time, and pick-up/drop-off locations on our website. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

After clearing immigration and customs, proceed to the Public Arrival Terminal. Your uniformed driver will meet you by Paul Café, holding a Mauritius Airport Shuttle sign.

If your flight is delayed, we’ll adjust your pick-up time. Just inform our customer service team via email, and we’ll move you to the next available shuttle at no additional charge (subject to availability).

Yes, you can book for multiple passengers.

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including credit and debit cards. You can complete your booking easily online.

We recommend booking at least one month in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings are also accepted based on availability.

Unfortunately, our vehicles are not accessible for passengers with reduced mobility or wheelchair users, we are actively working to improve the accessibility of our vehicles and hope to offer adapted transport options in the near future.

Yes, each passenger can bring one standard-size suitcase free of charge.
If you’d like to bring extra luggage, that’s no problem — an additional fee may apply. A maximum of three pieces of luggage per passenger is allowed.
Please note that oversized items such as surfboards, baby strollers, or bulky sports equipment cannot be accommodated on our shuttles due to limited space.
